Uluwatu Sunset

A crab-eating macaque slumps with his back to the sea at Uluwatu on southern tip of the Indonesian island of Bali. The monkeys roam free around the temple complex enjoying the indulgence of the local Hindu priests. Incidents of thefts from tourists are commonplace and belongings have to be guarded carefully. This male, perhaps tired from a day of plundering, is oblivious to the magical light show of the setting sun - he’s probably seen it all before.
